NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Duchesne City, Utah, will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of an ordinance amending the City's Airport Overlay Zoning regulations affecting land use and development standards in areas surrounding the Duchesne Municipal Airport. The proposed ordinance amends existing zoning provisions to update, clarify, and revise regulations related to airport safety, land use compatibility, and development standards within the Airport Overlay Zone. PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: Date: Tuesday January 27, 2026 Time: 6:00pm Location: Duchesne City Office Council Chamber 500 E Main St Duchesne Ut 84021 All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be submitted prior to the hearing to the City Recorder. This notice is given pursuant to Utah Code §10-3-711 and §10-9a-205 and is published as a Class A Notice.
