- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MILLARD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATION # Z-2025-076 Requesting a Zone Change from Agriculture to Heavy Industrial Notice is hereby given that the Millard County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Millard County Offices located at 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment application to change the zoning of the property described below from Agriculture (AG) to Heavy Industrial (HI) located approximately 1/2 mile north of Delta at about 1500 East 1750 North; and more particularly described as: BEG S 89°24'20' W 944.45 FT NE COR SE1/4 SW1/4 SEC 31, T16S, R6W, SLM, S 89°24'20' W 528.24 FT INTRSCT W BDRY LN UPRR R/W & N BDRY SE1/4 SW1/4 SEC, S 0°14'25' E 260 FT, N 89°24'50' W 173.43 FT, N 0°35'40' W 256.42 FT, N 89°24'20' E 175 FT TO BEG. Approximately 1.03 acres [APN DO-3116-4] A copy of the application for the proposed zone change is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and the Millard County Clerk's Office, 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, UT.
