Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MILLARD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT APPLICATION # Z-2026-001 AMENDING THE MILLARD COUNTY CODE TO REINSTATE REGULATIONS ALLOWING FOR TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION HOUSING Notice is hereby given that the Millard County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Millard County Offices-71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on Zoning Ordinance Amendment Application #Z-2026-001 to create definitions and regulations for Temporary Construction Housing in Title 10 of the Millard County Zoning Ordinance. A copy of the application for the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah. Anyone having questions may also contact the Millard County Planner Adam Richins at the above address in Delta or by calling 1-435-864-1406. All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment. Written comments may be submitted to the Millard County Planner. Published in the Millard County Chronicle Progress January 14, 2026.
