Public Input/ Reports, Non agenda items (limited to three minutes)- Edna Okelberry - Neighborhood watch- asked for the town to meet for neighborhood watch for free in town hall once a month. Steven said as long as its scheduled we can accommodate the town hall for that. Dave Okelberry noted that he doesn't want the legion hall torn down, he gave the Springville school as an example as restoring the legion hall. If city doesn't want to restore it, the he feels like he should have the right to purchase it to hold dances etc. He still feels that the building isn't in that bad of shape. 1. Approval of Minutes- November 11, 2025- Dave Okelberry stated that his comments weren't correct as far as what he said, and that he would like them changed. Minutes stated that his dad lived with him many many years, and he stated he said that his dad lived with him for four months previous to his death in that one year. This will be noted, and fixed/changed/amended. Jonathan motions to approve the minutes, with the amendment to the minutes as stated, Randy seconds, all in favor, JC absent. 2. Quarterly Financial Statement- Formal handout, nothing to vote on. 3. Council Updates- Jonathan mentioned a water leak by the rodeo grounds, they were wondering if it was main line etc. They did say it was from cemetery tanks, randy noted. Dave asked Alisha if she mentioned it to Jake about a possible leak by Reid Jones house, big hole and water piling up, but hydrant and end of street, 1st east. Garbage truck did get stuck in it. Randy - Tires in transfer station, mentioned that we could take tires for a fee up there and the state will pay to recycle them. Steven mentioned that might be a little revenue for the town, maybe look at the fees etc. council to look into a fee to charge for tires. Rachel noted that there is a maximum of tires per person per day (12) and we have to keep track on paper forms. And we do need to fill out an application first to get it going to be able to do this. We could not accept anything from commercial. Note that we can not have more than 200 tires up there once cleaned up. Kaylee Johnson has been doing a great job and jr jazz is going. Steven- Thanks to JC for his four years of service. Water filling station is very close to being done. Do some training and amend our fee schedule. Ordinance possible for this fill station as well. Thanks for the tree lighting ceremony, very well attended and done. F. Adjournment -Alisha motions, Randy seconds, all in favor, JC absent.
