- Town of Goshen Council Goshen Town Hall November 18, 2025 Town Council Meeting 6:00 PM A. Pledge of Allegiance- Steven Staheli B. Prayer - Jonathan Maclee C. Opening the canvassing meeting for the 2025 Municipal General Election 1. Accepting the canvass certification report for the 2025 Municipal General Election- canvass from November 4th election, Steven Staheli with 137 votes, David Okelberry with 39 votes, Alisha Williams with 146 votes and Charles Pipkin with 85 votes. Jonathan, I move to certify the results of the November 4, 2025 municipal general election, and to certify the election of 2025 to be Steven Staheli as Mayor for a four year term, and Alisha Danielle Williams and Charles Pipkin as council members for four-year terms, Randy seconds, Mayor Steven Staheli votes yes, Councilman Jonathan votes yes, Councilman JC votes yes, Councilman Randy votes yes, Councilwoman votes yes. Motion passes. F. Adjournment -Alisha motions, Randy seconds, all in favor. Attendance: Steven Stahlei, Randy Thomas,
