Bluff Water Works Special Service District Meeting Minutes for Nov 12, 2025 Called meeting to order: 7:06 In attendance: Marx Powell, Steve Simpson, Amer Tumeh, Mike Yearous, Brandt Hart Jennifer Davila Absent: Audience:Linda Sosa, Ann Lepenan Approval of minutes: Hart: motions to approve the minutes Tumeh: seconds Passes unanimously Community Input: Lepenan stated that the next two meetings will be the last for Linda and Ann BWW might request someone else from the council attend. Culinary Water: Powell: The system is running well, everything is working well on the plant. We are working with Nielson to get the valves replaced. There still has not been an update from Browns Hill on the whole replacement Unfinished Business: Water Meter Applications: None Meter Report: Nothing to report Bills to Pay: See Treasures Report Tumeh motions to pay the bills as presented Yearus seconds the motion Passes unanimously Budget Discussion for 2026 Discussion on how the numbers washed out for the end of the 2025 year. See proposed budget for 2026 for actual numbers Add public budget hearing for Dec 10 at 7 pm to the agenda Other: None Next meeting: Dec 10th, 2025 Meeting adjourned: 7:24
