NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, January 14, 2025, at 102 N 100 W Wellington, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a regular meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 2. Public Comment Period 3. Swear in Ceremony 4. Friends of Wellington Update 5. Chief Kosmack - Employee Update 6. Consideration and possible appointment of Kevin Saccomano as Chief Pro Tem 7. Sheriff Jeff Wood - Discussion regarding coordination of law enforcement services and future planning with the Carbon County Sheriff's Office 8. A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF WELLINGTON CITY, CARBON COUNTY, UTAH, AUTHORIZING AN ANNUALLY RENEWABLE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF WELLINGTON CITY, UTAH; AUTHORIZING THE AUTHORITY'S $2,025,000 LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2026 FOR A NEW CITY HALL, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS; AUTHORIZING A MASTER RESOLUTION, SECURITY DOCUMENTS, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; AND RELATED MATTERS. 9.
