- Public Notice is hereby given that the Milford Public Library will hold a regular meeting, reserving the right to go into executive session Thur. Jan 15, 2026 at 5:30pm at the library. Located at 410s 100w, Milford, UT 84751. 1. 5:30pm welcome and call to order 2. Old business 3. New business a. vote for new board positions b. county funds c. Spanish books d. recommend new board member to city council e. collection development policy ideas and input f. board member comments, questions and concerns 4. Adjournment Board members: Jaynell Bailey, Shanyce Maxwell, Evelyn Wright, Lynae Malchus, Meaghan Ah-Fook, Lydia Gross, Sherri Yardley, Wayne Wiseman, Councilman Scott Symond, Library Director Cynthia Carter, and Library Assistant Lacey Wiseman. Certification of delivery and posting: the undersigned, duly appointed and acting Library Director does hereby certify that the above agenda was posted in 3 public places within the city limits on this day Jan 13, 2026. Those places being 1) the Milford City Office 2) Milford Public Library and 3) U.S. Post office. The foregoing notice and agenda was also delivered to each member of the library board and posted on Utah.gov/pmn.
