Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ballard City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 3, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. at the Ballard City Offices, 2381 E. 1000 S. Ballard, UT, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning proposed Zone Change. A zone change from C2 to MH (multifamily residential zone) is being proposed at approximately 212 N Union St. in Roosevelt, Ut Parcel #170450048. The purpose for the zone change is to propose a development of approximately 30-33 townhomes on 3.48 Acres on that property. All members of the public are invited to attend. Compliance with the Americans With Disability Act. Individuals needing special accommodation during these hearings should notify Secretary Kaelyn Meyers at 435-722-3393.
