NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CDBG ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
2026-2027 GRANT PERIOD
FEBRUARY 5, 2026
In conformance with requirements, Layton City is developing a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan for the 2026-2027 Grant Period. The Plan describes City housing and community development needs of low income persons, and outlines the projects that will be undertaken during the Program Year to address these needs.
The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at the Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting, in the Council Chambers of the City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah. All Layton City residents and interested parties are invited to comment during the Public Hearing.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons in need of special accommodations or services to participate in this meeting shall notify the City at least 48 hours in advance at 801-336-3820.
