- AMENDED Notice of Work Wasatch County Council Meeting Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM Public Notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County Council will hold a work session on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 3:00 PM in the Council Chambers in the Wasatch County Administration Building, 25 North Main, Heber City, Utah. The public is welcome to attend and participate in this meeting real-time either in-person or by joining the Zoom Webinar at https://wasatchcounty.gov/openmeeting. A recording of the meeting may also be viewed afterwards at https://wasatchcout.portal.civicclerk.com. Agenda Order of Agenda Items Subject to Change without Notice Call to Order 1. Prayer/Remarks - Erik Rowland 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Colleen Bonner Public Comment Public comments will be accepted in-person or via Zoom Webinar. Please limit comments to three minutes. If action is necessary, the item will be listed on a future agenda. The Council may elect to discuss the item if it is an immediate matter of concern. Heber Valley EIS Update - Craig Hancock Council/Board Reports Manager's Report Closed Session - as needed Closed sessions may be held in accordance with Utah State Code 52-4-205 to discuss the following: Purchase, Exchange or Lease of Property; Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual.
