INVITATION TO BID Tooele City 90 North Main Tooele City, Utah 84074 Notice is hereby given that TOOELE CITY CORPORATION (OWNER) will accept bids for the 2026 Railroad Museum Sidewalk Project. The 2026 Railroad Museum Sidewalk Project consists of the demolition and offsite disposal of approximately 1,200 square feet of existing concrete drive approach together with adjacent curb returns, removal and replacement of approximately, 75 linear feet of curb and gutter, and the furnishing and installation of approximately 6,500 square feet of new six (6) inch thick concrete sidewalk and eight (8) inch thick concrete drive approach and related appurtenances. Note: All Bidders are required to field verify the existing and proposed quantities and scope of work to be completed, and include all work as part of the respective Bid Schedule lump sum price. Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER in Room 227, of the Tooele City Municipal Offices located at 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 84074 until at 1:00 PM on Thursday January 29, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Project Specifications will be issued in digital format (PDF), and may be obtained by contacting Tooele City Parks Department, 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 84074 beginning on Monday January 12, 2026 during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or by calling (435) 843-2143. Prospective BIDDERS are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference which will be held in the large gravel parking area located at the western side of the Railroad Museum property, at 1:00 PM on Tuesday January 20, 2026. The object of the conference is to acquaint BIDDERs with the site conditions, specifications, and to answer any questions which BIDDERs may have concerning the project.
