Notice of Public Hearing The City of Naples will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. at the Naples City office, 1420 East 2850 South, Naples, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit comments concerning submitting a funding application to the Community Impact Board (CIB) for the total amount of $3,228,000. The purpose of the application is to provide funding necessary to reconstruct 2500 South from 1500 E to 2000 E and install curb, gutter, and sidewalk and to chipseal 2500 South from 2000 E to the city boarder. The funding application will request a grant/loan mix.
