o Re-do Sponsorship Packages
o Exhibits - we are starting to receive inquiries about categories and registration.
o Voting board seats - 4-H/USU and Risk Management. Isabel holds the 4-H/USU board seat and Greg has the Risk Management seat as appointed by the board. Both positions are voting positions. Mackenzie makes a recommendation that both board seats become none voting and the Risk Management is automatically assigned to the arena assistant director until further growth dictates otherwise, similar to how the budget/finance position is held by the arena director. Bylaws would need to be revised and submitted to the County Commission for approval.
