Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Quorum of the Heber City Council and Planning Commissioner for a Site Visit Pursuant to Utah State Code Annotated (UCA) §52-4-202, notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council and Heber City Planning Commissioners will gather with a quorum for a site visit to New Focus Academy - Autonomy Apartments located at 242 South 100 West, Heber City, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. The invitation for the site visit has been extended by the project manager/property owner to allow City staff, Council, and Planning Commissioners to view the completion of a project that has traversed the City processes to completion.
