- MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER and SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public meeting at the District Office located at 298 24th St. Ste.150 Ogden, Utah commencing on January 13, 2026, at 3: 00 P.M. (All Board Members and staff will be participating VIA Zoom participants ID #3278889056. Please send email comments to czenger@pmwsid.gov The Agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Vice Chair Andrew Stark Oath of Office - Andrew Stark - William Donovan - Michael Mayra Election of Board Positions - Chairman - Vice Chairman - Treasurer Conflict of Interest Forms Ethics Form B. Public Comments - please limit comments to 3 minutes. C. Request for motion to adjourn the public meeting for a closed strategy session to discuss the acquisition of real property, including any form of water right, and any pending or reasonably imminent litigation. D. Request for motion to reconvene public meeting. E. Adjourn CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed District Clerk for Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District Office does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted as required by law this January 12, 2026.
