- SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 3:00 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 AGENDA The Virgin Development Review Committee, known as the DRC (which is similar to the Joint Utility Committee - JUC in other communities), was developed to streamline the review process of various types of land use and development applications being considered or proposed within the Town.
