Orangeville City Council Regular Meeting Minutes January 5, 2026 6:00 P.M. Present at said meeting were: Mayor- Shaun Bell, Council Members- David McKee, Kari Alton, Doug Stilson, Kirk McQuivey and Kevin Butler, City Recorder- Amanda Lake, Treasurer- Dani Tuttle, Zoning Admin.- Seth Manning, Maintenance- Travis Richards Visitors: Lana McQuivey, Candace Bell, Aidan Mortensen, Tracy Addley, Jim Spradley, Laura and Mary Vipperman, Dalton McKee, Beth and Dusty Butler. Kris Bell. REGULAR SESSION 1. Introduction: made by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Prayer: Amanda Lake 3. Pledge of Allegiance: led by Mayor Shaun Bell 4. Swear in Elected Mayor Shaun Bell: Amanda Lake performed the swearing in ceremony to swear in Mayor Shaun Bell as Orangeville City's Mayor. 5. Swear in Elected Council Members: Amanda Lake performed the swearing in ceremony to swear in Council Members Kari Alton, David McKee, Kevin Butler, and Kirk McQuivey. 6. Swear in City Treasurer and Recorder: Amanda Lake performed the swearing in ceremony to swear in the City Treasurer, Raegan Tuttle. Raegan Tuttle performed the swearing in ceremony to swear in the City Recorder/Clerk. 7. Appoint Mayor Pro Tem: Mayor Shaun Bell states that he has talked with Kari Alton and she has accepted to be Orangeville City's Mayor Pro Tem. 8. Adjourn: Motion: Doug Stilson Seconded: Kirk McQuivey Motion Passed with 5 affirmative votes. ORANGEVILLE CITY ________________________ Amanda Lake- Recorder
