Financials - Approval of Outstanding Bills 10. Closed Session Consideration of a motion to enter Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code ยง52-4-205(1)(c) and (d) for a strategy session regarding pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property where public discussion would disclose the district's negotiation strategy. 11.
