Public Hearing, Possible Recommendation for Amendments to the Snyderville Basin
Development Code, Sections 10-3-5, 10-3-9,10-3-15(A)(1) and (D)(2), 10-3-18(G)(1)
(d)(1), 10-4-16(F)(2), 10-10-9-17(B)(4)4-20(C)(4), 10-7-2(C)(3)-(4), 10-8-5(B)(1) and
(2)(g), 10-8-13(C), 10-9-1, 10-9-2, 10-9-9(A), (B), and (C), 10-9-17(B)(4), 10-9-20(B),
10-9-21(A), 10-9-22(D)-(G), and Chapter 11. The proposed amendments align state
code references, fix internal inconsistencies (numbering), capitalize defined terms,
add definitions of words to match the Eastern Summit County Development Code,
and make other non-substantive amendments.
