BOULDER TOWN, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE Governing Body: TOWN COUNCIL Notice Type: Public Information Annual Meeting Schedule The Boulder Town Council officially establishes its 2026 annual meeting schedule to ensure adherence to the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act (OPMA), specifically Utah Code Title 52, Chapter 4, and consistent with the Town Council's standard operating procedures Key Compliance Requirements: Meeting Notice: Notice and the official agenda for each meeting will be publicly posted at least 24 hours in advance. Public Access: Meetings are open to the public, with the exception of legally authorized closed sessions. Minutes Availability: Detailed minutes will be officially recorded and made publicly accessible following their approval. Regular Meeting Details Unless otherwise noticed, the Boulder Town Council meets regularly on the dates specified below at the location and times listed. Day: First Tuesday of each month Location: Boulder Town Community Center, 351 North 100 East, Boulder, Utah 84716 Time (MDT): 7:00 PM (during Daylight Saving Time) Time (MST): 6:00 PM (during Standard Time) Public Access and Information Official meeting records, agendas, and minutes are accessible through the Town Office and online. Town of Boulder website (http://www.boulder.utah.gov) Utah Public Notices website (http://pmn.utah.gov). 2026 Town Council Meeting Schedule Official agendas with confirmed times and locations are posted at least 24 hours in advance on the Town website and the Utah Public Notices website. January 6, 2026, at 6:00 PM Annual schedule approved February 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM March 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM April 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM Daylight Saving Time begins. May 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM June 2, 2026, at 7:00 PM July 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM August 4, 2026, at 7:00 PM September 1, 2026, at 7:00 PM October 6, 2026 7:00 PM November 3, 2026, 6:00 PM Daylight Saving Time ends. December 1, 2026, 6:00 PM Special Meetings, Work Sessions, and Emergency Meetings All special meetings will be publicly noticed, including the agenda, time, and location, as required by OPMA.
