- BOULDER TOWN, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE Governing Body: TOWN COUNCIL Notice Type: Ordinance Adoption In accordance with Publication and Posting of Ordinances, Utah Code Section 10-3-711, this Notice is hereby provided. Ordinance No. 2026-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BOULDER, UTAH, AMENDING THE REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE BOULDER TOWN COUNCIL SECTION 30.01 MEETINGS Adopted January 6, 2026 On January 6, 2026, the Boulder Town Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-01, improving accessibility by changing the regular meeting schedule. This new ordinance amends the Boulder Town Code by entirely repealing and replacing Chapter 30.1: Meetings. The revised schedule sets the meeting time at 7:00 p.m. during Daylight Saving Time (DST) and 6:00 p.m. during Mountain Standard Time (MST). It also eliminates the rule moving meetings that fall on a legal holiday to the following day. The ordinance is available digitally on the Boulder Town website in the 'Documents' section, under 'Ordinances.' A physical copy, including the certificate of Ordinance Passage, can be inspected at the Boulder Town Office.
