- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Weber County Governmental Records Access Management Act Appeals Board Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Weber County Commission Conference Room, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Suite 360, Ogden, Utah 84401 The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Approval of minutes for the November 5, 2025 Hearings-Newman and Gutierrez 2. Hearing on an Appeal of Denial of the GRAMA Request of Randy Goodell by the Chief Administrative Officer Designee of Weber County regarding 'records related to an internal affairs investigation conducted by the Weber County Sheriff's Office'. Appellant: Randy Goodell 3.
