PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Commissioner Bolos D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $1,331,922.14. 2. Request for approval of warrants #106910-106968, #494730-494836 and #491 in the amount of $4,451,719.30. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and B & B All-Stars Band to perform at the 2026 HOF Germanfest. G. Action 1. Request for approval of a Resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing a Trustee to the Board of the Taylor West Weber Park District. Presenter: Stacy Skeen 2. Request for approval of first reading of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending part of sections 45, 16-2-12, and 106-8-1; to update references in the county code to match the newly renumbered Title 17, clarify Final Local Entity Plat processing and correct signature block language. Presenter: Steve Collier 3. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and the State of Utah Health & Human Services to provide transportation services to clients referred by the DHHS back from other states, or assistance with transportation for security/high-risk clients referred by DHHS.
