1. Request for approval of a Resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County
appointing a Trustee to the Board of the Taylor West Weber Park District.

Request for approval of first reading of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending part of sections 45, 16-2-12, and 106-8-1; to update references in the county code to match the newly renumbered Title 17, clarify Final Local Entity Plat processing and correct signature block language.

3. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and the State of Utah Health & Human Services to provide transportation services to clients referred by the DHHS back from other states, or assistance with transportation for security/high-risk clients referred by DHHS.
