- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Monroe City hereby gives notice that on January 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Monroe City Office, 10 N. Main, Monroe, UT the Monroe City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Pahvant Venture Group, LLC (Doug Monroe) within the annexable zone defined in the Monroe City Annexation Policy. The property is located at approximately 580 W 500 N. The complete legal description and the plat relating to the proposed annexation is available for review at the office of the City Recorder, 10 N Main, Monroe, UT. The City Council will consider adoption of the Ordinance 1 01 2026, Goold Brothers Corner Annexation. Allison H.
