- Millcreek Planning Director's Meeting Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Director of Millcreek will hold a meeting on January 15, 2026, at City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106, commencing at 10:00 a.m. MEETING: 1. Discussion and Consideration of SDA-25-005, Request to Amend Lot 7A of the Millcreek Park Subdivision (2nd Amendment) to Accommodate a Lot Consolidation Between 1575 E Millcreek Way and 1626 E Maple Avenue by Applicant Jason Boal In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Millcreek will make reasonable accommodation for participation in the meeting.
