Minutes from the Woodruff Town Board meeting held December 16, 2025 at the Town Hall at 5:00 p.m.

Scott Sabey opened the meeting.
Ray Bradshaw is going to do his freedom wall on the south wall by the front door of the town hall where there is a small plaque currently there. Ray Bradshaw is waiting to be approved by the Scouts to complete this project and Millie Bradshaw is going to be in contact with Joel Marler because he is going to help them complete the project.
New water meters were ordered and Paul Webb is going to start working on the new door.
Monika Schulthess made a motion to approve November minutes. Joel Marler seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Seiko Webb made a motion to approve the December bills. Monika Schulthess seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
Allie Deru is wondering who will approve time sheets going forward. It will be discussed next meeting.
Russell Jones applied for a business license. He sells produce boxes, milk and various items that he delivers once a week. The license was approved.
There was a discussion with the new board members and appreciation was expressed for their willingness to serve on the board. We explained what accounts the town has and what is expected at each meeting. Agenda, bills and minute from previous meeting are mailed before the meeting so board members can prepare if needed.
Monika Schulthess will let Bridget Pugmire know how many people will be at the town appreciation dinner by January 5th. Invites will be sent out.
Mayor Sabey brought up the idea of increasing Allie Deru's clerk wage. His proposal would be to increase it about $200 per month. The board agreed with Mayor Sabey. This topic will be added to the agenda next month.
One of the new board members will be on the fire board to represent the town. The fire department meets once a month. This will be discussed at next meeting to clarify who will have what roles on the town board.
Meeting will continue to be held at 5:00 p.m. next year.
Mayor Sabey thanked the board for the help during his time as Mayor and thanked the new candidates for running. Mayor Sabey was thanked for his service as well.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
