The email subject line must state, 'Citizen Comment 01/15/2026 Board of Trustee Meeting,' the email body must include the citizen's first and last name, address, and a brief statement. If a Board Member does participate by telephone or electronically, the audio will be amplified so that the other Board Members and all other individuals present will be able to hear all discussions.
