A. SWEARING IN OF APPOINTED MEMBERS B. CALL TO ORDER C. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: No minutes to approve D. AGENDA ITEMS 1. CHAIR/VICE CHAIR NOMINATIONS AND APPOINTMENT. Bret Howser, Committee Secretary. The Committee members will make nominations for Committee Chair and Vice Chair and will vote on the appointments. 2. REVIEW OF TRAILS MASTER PLAN AND WORK COMPLETED IN 2025. Bret Howser, Committee Secretary. Mr. Howser will give a quick review of the Trails Master Plan and an update of work completed in 2025. 3. ACTION STEPS FOR 2026. Bret Howser, Committee Secretary. Mr. Howser will present a draft work plan for 2026 based on the Trails Master Plan schedule of maintenance and projects. The Committee will make suggestions/alterations and vote on the work plan. 4. ASSIGNEMNT FOR STRATEGIC PLANNING RETREAT. Bret Howser, Committee Secretary. Mr. Howser will describe the request from Town Council for a report from the Committee during the annual strategic planning retreat, and the Committee will decide on assignments among committee members to carry out that request. 5. 2026 TRAILS COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE. Bret Howser, Committee Secretary. The Committee will discuss options for meeting throughout 2026 and set dates for these meetings by vote. E. ADJOURNMENT
