- PUBLIC NOTICE - OPEN HOUSE - GENERAL PLAN Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 5:30 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: GENERAL PLAN: An Open House to give allow residents an opportunity to provide input on the Draft General Plan. Joint Meeting: Members of both the Town Council and the Planning Commission may be present. Residents may submit comments at the Open House or review the document online (see packet attached to this meeting) and send comments via email to the Town Clerk, clerk@virgin.utah.gov, who will then forward them to the Planning Commission. Written comments will be accepted until February 9, 2026.
