NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public hearing on February 10, 2026 during the regular meeting scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT 84719. The public is invited to attend and give public input on the proposed amendments to the Brian Head Town Code, Title 9: BRIAN HEAD LAND MANAGEMENT CODE Chapter 2 (Definitions), Chapter 7 (Zone District Regulations), & Chapter 12 (Building Design Standards for Construction) A draft of the proposed amendments is available for public inspection hours at the Brian Head Town offices during normal business hours M-F 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. by calling (435) 677-2029 or email cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov Written Comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than 4:30 pm January 19 , 2026 for the Planning Commission Meeting or 4:30 pm February 9, 2026 for the Town Council Meeting. Office of the Town Clerk is located at 56 North Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT or by email to nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov. All comments submitted to the Planning Commission will automatically be forwarded to the Town Council for their consideration. Date: January 8, 2026.
