TOWN OF ALTA ALTA TOWN COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING January 14, 2026 - 4:00 PM ALTA COMMUNITY CENTER 10351 E HWY 210, ALTA, UTAH The Alta Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on ordinance 2026-O-1 Elective and Statutory Officials Salary. The proposed ordinance updates compensation provisions for elective and statutory officers solely to address the situation in which the Town Manager serves as Town Treasurer on an interim basis and does not request additional compensation. No other changes are proposed. We encourage you to join us in person. This will be a hybrid meeting with virtual meeting instructions on our website: https://townofalta.utah.gov/ Public comment - please note, each person will be able to speak for up to 3 minutes on each item. Written public input can be submitted here: https://townofalta.utah.gov/public-comment-form/ To make a public comment virtually we recommend you notify Brooke Boone via email (brooke@townofalta.utah.gov) in advance of the meeting.
