- PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE REPAYMENT SCHEDULE ON THE $877,000 SEWER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2026; AND RELATED MATTERS during the Special Town Council Meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at the Town of Manila Senior/Community Center located at 165 W. Hwy 43, Manila, Utah.
