- Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Spring Lake adopted Ordinance No. 26-01 entitled 'An Ordinance of the Town of Spring Lake, Utah, Establishing Interim Land Use Controls and Providing Either (1) A Temporary Moratorium on Development, or (2) Adoption by Reference of Utah County Land Use and Zoning Regulations' at its meeting held on January 7, 2026. The ordinance is effective January 7, 2026. A copy of the ordinance is attached to this notice and is available for public inspection.
