Description/Agenda: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Taylorsville Park Phase 3 Project will be received by Taylorsville City, at the office of the City Engineer at 2600 Taylorsville Blvd, until 2:00 pm local time on February 10, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site in the Taylorsville City Hall Council Chambers on January 27, 2026 beginning at 1:00 pm. The Project construction includes demolition of existing improvements, grading, sidewalks, pavilions and trellis structures, irrigation, landscaping, lighting and other miscellaneous work items. Prospective Bidders may download the Bidding Documents from the city website at Taylorsvilleut.gov.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Taylorsville will make reasonable accommodations for participation in this event. Requests for accommodations may be made to the City Recorder's office at least three business days in advance by calling 801-955-2006.
