NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. - Proposed Approval of Home Occupation Business License for Bud Parks Appliance Repair at 80 South 400 West 2) 7:15 p.m. - Proposed Approval Lot Split – approximately 230 South 440 East – Shane Knudsen/KC Farms 3) 7:30 p.m. - Proposed Approval Lot Split – approximately 165 North 100 West – Kimmie Denton 4) Water 5) 8:00 p.m. – New Gunnison Elementary School Infrastructure 6) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for February 18, 2009. 7) Approval of Updated City Water Management and Conservation Plan 8) Personnel 9) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 10) Bills and Adjustments 11) Closed Session 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
