Public Notice is hereby given that that 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Airport Board of Salt Lake City, Utah, shall be as follows: The Airport Board traditionally holds meetings on the second Wednesday of each month. These meetings are typically held from 9:00am to 10:30am. Schedule is as follows: January 14, February 11, March 11, April 8, May 13, June 10, August 12, September 9, October 14, November 11. Meetings are currently being held in a hybrid meeting format, meaning the public may attend in-person at the Airport Board Room, Salt Lake City International Airport or online. All Airport Board meetings are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204, 52-4-205, and 52-4-206, Utah Code Annotated. Notice of Airport Board meetings are given at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting as required by State law. An agenda of each meeting is posted at: - State of Utah Public Notice Website: https://www.utah.gov/pmn/ Meetings may be held or canceled as circumstances may require, subject to applicable public notice requirements. Notice: - People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation at least three working days before a meeting by emailing brett.christensen@slc.gov. Accommodation may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids. - Meetings are held at The Salt Lake City International Airport, which provides accessible accommodations.
