- January 8, 2026 NOTICE OF VACANCY Town of Apple Valley, Utah Notice is hereby given that a vacancy exists for the following position: Position: Representative to serve on the Administrative Control Board of Washington County Special Service District No. 1. Qualifications: - Must be a registered voter residing within the Town of Apple Valley. - Must meet all statutory requirements applicable to service on the district board. - Must be willing and able to attend meetings and perform the duties of the position. Appointment Procedure: The Town Council of Apple Valley will appoint an individual to fill the vacancy in accordance with Utah Code ยง 17B-1-304(2) and (3). Interested individuals must submit an application by the deadline listed below. The Town Council will consider applications and make the appointment at an open public meeting.
