Welcome and Determine Quorum, Steve Cameron, Chair 2. Read and Review Minutes of Board Meeting, Michelle Davis, Clerk Approval of Minutes, Steve Cameron, Chair 3. Review of Expenditures for 4th Quarter, Lynn Ruff, Treasurer 4. 4th Quarter Financial Report, Lynn Ruff, Treasurer 5. Clerk collects Oath of Office forms from Steve and Brad. 6. Reminder to complete annual training and bring certificates to next meeting. 7. Next meeting is April 8, 2026, at 6:30 pm at Steve's house. 8. Other Items 9. Public Comments a. Please state name and address for the record b. Limit comments to 3 minutes per person 10. Board Action on Items Discussed During Meeting, Steve Cameron, Chair 11.
