PUBLIC NOTICE FOR ANNEXATION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Koosharem Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the council room located at 71 North Main Koosharem, UT for the purpose of accepting comments concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Jack Burr, Rick Andrus, Randall Harward, and Jack Anderson located within the areas of the annexed territory for future expansion defined by Koosharem Town. The property is located in the west half of section 35, township 26 south, range 1 west Salt Lake base and meridian Sevier county, Utah. The complete legal description and the plat relating to the proposed annexation are available for review at the office of the Town Clerk 71 North Main St. Koosharem, UT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING THE UNDERSIGNED DULY APPOINTED CLERK, DOES HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE ABOVE NOTICE WILL BE POSTED AT THE KOOSHAREM TOWN OFFICE AND GRASS VALLEY MERC ON THE 7th DAY OF JANUARY, 2025.
