Special Session:

a. Meeting minutes from 12.2.2025 (ACTION ITEM) Approval/Denial
4. Public Hearing. Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code (UWUIC.) In accordance with H.B. 48, Oakley City Planning Commission is required to adopt 2006 UWUIC code and determine areas within Oakley boundaries that are at risk for life and property loss from wildland fire and make recommendation to City Council. (ACTION ITEM) Approval/Denial
5. Public Hearing. Plat Amendment for Oakley 1886 Subdivision. Amending western boundary of lots 5 and 6. Correcting a survey description to the boundary that follows the existing fenceline. (ACTION ITEM) Approval/Denial
6. Discussion. Oakley City Code amendment: 13-4-19. Land Use Table. No action will be taken on this item.

4. Time allowed for each public commenter will be established by the Planning Commission Chairperson prior to starting any Public Comment portion(s) of the meeting.
