- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE January 8, 2026 Notice is hereby given that Payson City has received a request to vacate portions of public street rights-of-way included on 1750 West Arrowhead Trail. The applicant, Terry Harward with Arrowhead Partners, LLC filed the application on 12/15/2025. With the new roadway, there is a need to vacate the old roadway that is no longer used as a road. All property owners adjacent to the old roadway signed the petition. All State Code requirements have been met. Before acting on the request, Payson City Council will conduct a public hearing to receive input on the request. The public hearing will be conducted during the regular city council meeting on January 21, 2026, at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. A copy of this notice may be found on the City's website at www.paysonutah.gov, on the Utah Public Notice website at www.utah.gov/pmn, and at the Payson City offices at 439 W.
