Personnel: Christmas Gift for the members of the department - jackets were ordered - arriving soon
Vehicles -
Radios - All Radios are to be re-programmed - Joey Stocking from Rich County reported that there is a FCC backlog and things will probably not happen until after spring thaw.
Equipment: John Lyne from Paritech equipment came and demonstrated options for the department in stabilization equipment - due to long delays order needs to be placed soon to arrive for summer

Meeting called to order 6:30 p.m.

No one appeared for public comment.
It was moved by board member Chris Schulthess and seconded by board member Seiko Webb that the minutes of November 5th be approved.

The Fire Board discussed the 2026 fire Budget -

Training: the Paritech representative is planning on coming November 12th -
Personnel: the board discussed purchasing a jacket for the department members - Rob will place an order.
Vehicles - Jackie Schulthess completed the signage on. The Water monitor on Rescue 10 has a leak and will need sealant
Radios - Stacey repaired installed the radio on Rescue 10 and the re-programming project for the county will not take place until the spring.
Equipment:
Building: the board approved having Stacey Repair do snow removal for the season.

Other: possible date February 11th Rob will speak with the Crawford Trough -
