Equipment: John Lyne from Paritech equipment came and demonstrated options for the department in stabilization equipment - due to long delays order needs to be placed soon to arrive for summer Building: Community: Other: Department appreciation dinner scheduled for February 11th the Crawford Trough @ Randolph Minutes of December 9th Meeting called to order 6:30 p.m. Attendance Board Chairman David Stacey Board Members Chris Schulthess and Seiko Webb and Board Clerk Robert Leifson No one appeared for public comment. It was moved by board member Chris Schulthess and seconded by board member Seiko Webb that the minutes of November 5th be approved. The motion carried by the affirmative vote of - Board Chairman David Stacey Board members and Chris Schulthess and Seiko Webb Approval of Bills and financial transactions 11/6 Capital One Bill $5889.29 9/10 Public Records information - New vehicle $13.00 9/17 Amazon marketplace Dewalt battery charger $ 145.90 9/20 Walmart Evanston - candy bars $19.87 9/20 LR Communications - $45.95 10/1 L.N. The motion carried by the affirmative vote of - Board Chairman David Stacey and Board members Chris Schulthess and Seiko Webb The Fire Board discussed the 2026 fire Budget - It was moved by board member Seiko Webb and seconded by board Chairman David Stacey as follows: That the 2026 budget be approved. The motion carried by the affirmative vote of - Board Chairman David Stacey and Board members Chris Schulthess and Seiko Webb Training: the Paritech representative is planning on coming November 12th - Personnel: the board discussed purchasing a jacket for the department members - Rob will place an order. Vehicles - Jackie Schulthess completed the signage on. The Water monitor on Rescue 10 has a leak and will need sealant Radios - Stacey repaired installed the radio on Rescue 10 and the re-programming project for the county will not take place until the spring. Equipment: Building: the board approved having Stacey Repair do snow removal for the season. Community: Other: possible date February 11th Rob will speak with the Crawford Trough - The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
