- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE January 8, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Payson City Center, Council Chambers, 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, and virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.gov for the link to participate/view the meeting. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input regarding the Clearwing Annexation that includes Utah County Parcels 30:024:0131, 30:024:0132, 30:024:0133, 30:024:0127, 30:024:0129, 30:024:0126 located at approximately 3751 W 9600 S on 29.79 acres.
