The equipment is being sold 'as-is'. Hurricane City reserves the right to reject winning bids it deems inadequate. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Hurricane City office, 147 N 870 West in Hurricane, Utah until 3:00 p.m. January 20, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Each Lot will be awarded separately to the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not tender payment to Hurricane City in the form of cash or cashier check and pick up the equipment within 3 business days, the Lot will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
