Date of Meeting: Tuesday 1/13/26 Venue: OSTA - Conference Room Time: 5:30pm to 6:30pm Call to Order/Open Meeting: Approval of minutes: November 18, 2025 Citizens to be heard: OSTA Assistant Director Report (Greg): Conduit was ran for pickle ball courts (court portion only) Moved dirt over to outdoor arena for prep to be added to the outdoor arena Working on some smaller projects and re-organizing of work stations. Staff utilizing of vacation time. OSTA Director Report (Angie): Commission approved backfilling our maintenance Technician position - Interviews are in progress. Playground/Pickleball Project update EHV-1 Outbreak IAFE Convention update Christmas Electric Light Parade OSTA schedule for the remainder of 2025 New Hire - starts Feb. 2 Events: November - Rec Board meeting (Conf. Room), Canyonlands PRCA Rodeo Meeting, Grand County Fair Board Meeting, Open Ride (Indoor & Outdoor arena's - multiple dates), D's Adventures, Quinceanera, Moab Frisbee Tournament December - Rec Board meeting (Conf. Room), Canyonlands PRCA Rodeo Meeting, Grand County Fair Board Meeting, Open Ride (Indoor & Outdoor arena's - multiple dates), D's Adventures, Community Equestrian night, Indoor Soccer January 2026 - Rec Board meeting (Conf. Room), Canyonlands PRCA Rodeo Meeting, Grand County Fair Board Meeting, Open Ride (Indoor & Outdoor arena's - multiple dates), D's Adventures, Community Equestrian night, Indoor Soccer Not to be forgotten, will discuss when updates are available: OSTA Development Master Plan- UPDATE (In Progress) - Angie & Greg are scheduling regular meetings to devote dedicated time to the master plan and hope to have a rough presentation in the near future. Board Member Reports: Kathy- Rex- Patrick- Bob- Krista- Arena broad band requirements. Jennifer- Mike- New Business: Board applications - everyone except Rex and Patrick need to reapply under the county's new 2 year term limit policy. Melissa Stocks applied for a board position. OPMA certificate renewals and disclosures Next Agenda items: Adjournment: Next meeting: Tuesday Feb. 10, 2026 Venue: OSTA Conference Room Time: 5:30pm
