& CITY COUNCIL
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a joint meeting with the Lindon City Council on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:
AGENDA
1. Call to Order (Review time is estimates only.)
2. Site Plan – Lindon City Aquatics Facility – 100 North State Street (60 minutes)
This is a request by Lindon City and VCBO Architecture for approval of the site plan and architectural elevations of the proposed aquatics facility at the Lindon City Center Park in a PF zone. The site plan will be review by both the Planning Commission and the City Council at this meeting.

4. Public Hearing: General Plan Land Use Map – amendment – Keetch Estates – 165 West 200 North (20 minutes)
This is a request by Bruce Keetch for approval of a General Plan Land Use Map amendment to the Keetch property. Currently, the property is mapped as being within the Residential Low area of the General Plan Land Use Map. The applicant is requesting to change the General Plan designation to Commercial to accommodate future ‘retail oriented’ business occupants. Recommendations from the Planning Commission will be made to the City Council for final consideration.
5. Public Hearing: Zone Map – amendment – Keetch Estates – 165 West 200 North (20 minutes)
This is a request by Bruce Keetch for approval of a change to the Zoning Map for the Keetch property. Currently, the property is zoned R1-20. The applicant is proposing to change the Zoning to CG (General Commercial) to accommodate future ‘retail oriented’ business occupants. Recommendations from the Planning Commission will be made to the City Council for final consideration.
6. Public Hearing: Minor Subdivision – Keetch Estates- 251 North 135 West (20 minutes)
This is a request by Bruce Keetch for approval of a 3-lot Minor Subdivision located in the R1-20 zone. The applicant is proposing to reconfigure the current property lines of his family’s 3-lot estate to accommodate future commercial development. Recommendations from the Planning Commission will be made to the City Council for final consideration.
7. Public Hearing: Minor Subdivision – Joyner Business Park Plat G – 500 North 900 West (20 minutes)
This is a request by Bill West with Knight West Construction Inc. for approval of a 2-lot Minor Subdivision located in the LI zone. The applicant is proposing to re-plat/vacation of Joyner Business Park Plat B & D, by creating Plat G to accommodate future development plans. Recommendations from the Planning Commission will be made to the City Council for final consideration.
8. Public Hearing: Site Plan – Joyner Business Park Plat G – 500 North 900 West (20 minutes)
This is a request by Bill West with Knight West Construction Inc. for approval of a site plan located in the LI zone. The applicant is proposing to construct a business/ warehouse concrete tilt-up structural building. The site plan includes parking, garbage enclosure, ADA ramps, etc. Recommendations from the Planning Commission will be made to the City Council for final consideration.
