ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR EAST CANAL EQUALIZATION BASIN PROJECT
Sealed Bids for the construction of the EAST CANAL EQUALIZATION BASIN PROJECT will be received by Tremonton City, at the Tremonton Public Works Office, 350 East 1200 South, Tremonton, UT, until 11:00 am local time on January 20, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of grading and construction of a secondary water earthen pond using on-site materials and the construction of associated irrigation piping and structures. The project is generally located at 5242 West 10800 North in Box Elder County.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted.
No pre-bid conference will be held.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Chris Breinholt, chrisb@jonescivil.com no later than January 16, 2026 @ 4:00 pm.
Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon request, a printed copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office for $40 per copy. Costs related to obtaining the Bidding Documents is non-refundable.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
