Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing Public notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the LaVerkin City Planning Commission on January 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at 111 South Main Street in LaVerkin, Utah to consider the following items: 1. Discussion and possible recommendation regarding Ordinance No. 2026-01 to amend the LaVerkin City Code by deleting, changing, or adding certain terms and definitions to Section 10-1-6; and 2. Discussion and possible recommendation regarding Ordinance No. 2026-02 to amend the LaVerkin City Code by deleting, changing or adding certain terms and definitions to Section 10-7-21; and 3. Discussion and possible recommendation regarding Ordinance No. 2026-03 to amend the modifying regulations in Section 10-6A-5, Section 10-6B-5, 10-6C-5, 10-6D-5 of the LaVerkin City Code. The public is invited to attend and provide input.
