Description/Agenda: Spanish Fork City (City) is accepting proposals from an Electrical Engineering Consultant interested in submitting qualifications and costs for the design of a low-profile 138kV Transmission to 7200/12470 Distribution Substation. The substation will include the design of two breakers operated at 138kV, one 138-12.47kV transformer, four 12.47kV reclosers, 138kV and 15 kV switches and associated protection scheme equipment. The design will also include the 138kV tie into the transmission line 200 feet to the East. The substation will be located at 1730 West 3400 North. A plan view (including a possible future second bay) and Single lines are attached. All questions after shall be submitted through Virtual-Bid.com. Under no circumstances shall the engineering firms contact the City other than through Virtual-Bid.
